Winchester Walk Apartments - Welsh Road

Lived here for 9 years. Things get fixed in a timely fashion. Leasing office staff are very helpful and are more then willing to help with concerns brought to their attention. Area and neighbors are pretty friendly and tight knit. If you're looking for an apartment give them a shot.

I love Winchester Walk apartments! have been here for over 5 years, and I absolutely love it! If I need anything, I receive timely responses, and excellent customer service! Additionally, the landscaping improvements are amazing as well. They are always looking for ways to make the tenants’ experience better. Maintenance is top tier, and so polite. The leasing office personnel is so nice and welcoming! I appreciate the professionalism and the dedication to the tenants! The location is amazing as well: stores, banks, restaurants! I can go on and on, thank you Winchester Walk, the experience is great!!

Recently moved into the Welsh apartments and I am truly enjoying it! The apartment and grounds are always well kept and maintained. Erica, the landlord, is very responsive and cares deeply that everyone is having nothing short of a great experience with their experience. My apartment is spacious, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. No complaints :)

I have been a resident here for a year and I truly enjoy living in these apartments. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly, and having a garage and parking space is a great benefit. The pool is always in excellent condition, and the community follows the rules, which makes it very comfortable. The landlord, Erica, is kind, responsive, and takes care of any issues right away.
