Apartment is great until there’s a problem and it will never get fixed. I have called every single day to get my heater fixed because it’s 100 degrees in my apartment and no one will get back to me. This is ridiculous.
As a contractor plumber, I came out to help one these units, and I must say the unit looked amazing! Gabriel is probably one of the only property managers that wanted to learn what I was doing, and seemed genuinely interested, a very rare trait, thanks for being awesome!
Spacious open space with lots of amenities (pool, laundry and tennis courts). Near to public transport, bike trails and CU campus. Some apartments are pet-friendly as well.
Great place to live. Lovely view and all the facilities you need plus walkable from CU!
