Do not move to this neighborhood or buy from Starlight Homes. This is a new construction home, and our experience has been a complete nightmare—especially as first-time homebuyers. We submitted warranty service requests through the 2-10 portal before our workmanship warranty expired. Our experience with Kris Askew (Customer Care Representative) canceled our last service ticket and then misled us about why it was canceled. At one point, a vendor entered our home and recorded inside without our consent, which violates homeowner privacy. More recently, a vendor from Elite Flooring arrived without the materials needed to replace our vinyl floors. He said the builder told him we had the materials in our home, which we did not. He reassured us he would return, but later we learned Kris alleged
I love this community for the inventory and offerings but most importantly for the sales agent, Myleka Martin. She is absolutely amazing. She is patient and listens to my client's needs to better assist. She is always eager to provide solutions and ensure my client's get the best experience while saving the most money. I highly recommend Myleka Martin for all things Wilson's Walk!
