This property management company will take all your money and promise to care for the property with the thousands of dollars they require and then they fix NOTHING! IN 10 months we had a leaky roof, broken mailbox, wiring issues in ceiling fans, broken CRANK WINDOWS FROM 1919, OH did I mention lawn and pool maintenance included but not on regular basis, huge electric issues with bills exceeding $450 per month while having windows boarded due to them CLOSING air tight & being original single pain windows. Double the size pool pump needed for pool with cracking marsite and leaking water regularly averaging a $200 water bill to keep pool level up again all without fixing cause the owner of the home lives in the UK and refuses repairs.
