I strongly encourage anyone considering renting through Wilson Property Management to read the existing negative reviews and take them seriously. We didn’t — and we regret it. Today is January 27th, 2026, and we are physically stuck in our apartment because the parking lot is still iced over closest to the dumpster. It has not been properly treated, we cannot even get our vehicle out if we wanted, and believe me, we tried. This is a basic safety responsibility. Tenants should never be put in a position where they are effectively trapped in their homes due to hazardous conditions that management failed fix. It was stated their maintenance team came out and spread ice melt, it clearly wasn’t enough. This situation is just the latest in a pattern of poor management and lack of care. We hav

!!!!READ BEFORE RENTING!!!! 0 STARS. Renting from them has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The house was shown to us with holes in the walls and windows, rat droppings in the attic, and bugs everywhere. We were promised it would be cleaned by move-in. When we moved in, the place was STILL filthy — dirt, bugs, and even staples sticking out of the carpet from a lazy install. The smoke detector wasn’t secured, the garage door opener broke with no outside keypad, and the front door wasn’t weatherproof. Cabinets had mold and water damage, the railing wasn’t secure, the driveway was cracked, and there were no working gutters. There was even a leak in the mast closet they never repaired. Major issues were either ignored, “patched,” or took months to resolve. The AC broke twice in

Y'all let me live in a moldy apartment and continually tried to gaslight me into thinking it wasn't mold. Offered no housing while "remediation" would be going on. Told me to cover my furniture with tarps while they do that 😂...then STILL wouldn't let me break the lease...Tried to move me into one next to it after repeatedly asking for some sort of housing accomodation because I would not continue living in an apartment while you're eradicating MOLD....and painted over all the mold in the new apartment for me to find the missed spots behind appliances. Finally with that evidence broke the lease...It was ongoing for months. I was getting very sick, obviously from mold exposure. Had to spend so much money and time on Doctor's appointments the following year treating the issues and trying to

I wish i looked at the reviews prior to moving here. I have only been here a month I used my savings account to keep me from having to pay fees just to use my card still have to pay a savings account fee, I paid my rent on the 1st using my savings account I called to make sure that it was going to go through Amber stated that it was an error message regarding my account number and name resubmitted my payment on the 5TH (prior to the late fee date). I then received an email stating my rent was not taken due to insufficient funds a week later which I knew I had sufficient funds in my account. The first time I had spoke she stated it had to do with my account number not insufficient funds. I had called Three times prior to even this when finally getting on the phone with Amber she states I

Owner makes poor decisions w/Vendors and hiring “Managers”. Lived w/them far too long. Units are outdated. Latest “Manager” is wicked to the core! Acts one way then reveals later the true character which is a liar, manipulator and sadly ignorant of NC Laws so read your lease before renewing as they will be bossy and tell you a lie in ignorance or on purpose! Then know, if you stand up for yourself, vindictiveness is likely. I’m SO THANKFUL to no longer have to deal with it. You can make reports to the NC RE Commission on ANY BROKER so document and keep copies of all communication!!
