On September 3, 2024 I met with Michael Edwards in person to make a payment for the property I rent at 224 O’Neil Court in Columbia, SC. I have been a tenant with Wilson Kibler since 2022 and my current lease isn’t up until December of 2026. I was denied the opportunity to make a payment for September’s rent and informed that I no longer had a lease. I informed Mr. Edwards I had no knowledge of any changes made to my current lease nor did I sale or give away the lease to my business. On September 5, 2024 South Carolina Department of Revenue contacted Wilson Kibler to resolve the issues at hand, because at the time I was renewing my liquor license, Michael Edwards then verified via email that I no longer had a lease to Ms. Ballie Campbell from SCDOR. Slum lords !! Currently renting a Flex-space for our business off Alta Vista Dr from these people since August 23’. Currently, multiple issues and no maintenance being conducted. No HVAC working after 30days, water heater needs replacement, ceiling leaks, balance lights dimmed throughout, warehouse fan fell out the air, almost injuring an employee, thefts attempts occurring daily. Multiple maintenance requests submitted with unprofessional staff ignoring. Businesses BEWARE of the SLUMLORDS 5/2024
