Wilson Creek Townhomes

Place was not cleaned upon move in, there was bugs, soap scum on the showers and shower heads, and bugs- Had to clean the unit from top to bottom. Could not bring my toddler because the cleaning took 4 days. Was supposed to receive a credit for not having a clean unit and never received. They do not call back or email back. Bugs come in through walls, damage on stove, flooring and seals, and showers. Would not recommend to anyone. Update- they sent someone out to check floors, they recommended that need replaced. That was 2 months ago and never have been contacted about having them fixed. Bugs still come in, currently wolf spiders and earwigs. The seal that was moldy in the washing machine was replaced. Nothing else fixed. Counting down days lease is over. Also have a neighbor who bangs

Wilson Creek Townhomes recently changed property managent companies from Table Rock to Commercial Northwest. I had a problem with the dishwasher which Table Rock sent someone out within a couple weeks and their fix only lasted for 2 washes cycles. They’d never respond to my subsequent inquiries regarding the repair. After Commercial NW took over, I submitted a repair request for the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple days. And the fix has been permanent! I then had an issue with a washing machine that they responded to immediately. They sent 2 techs out at different days/times but it wasn’t fixable. I’ll be getting a new washer in 2 days, all within less than 2 weeks of filing the repair/maintenance request. I’m very thankful that Commercial Northwest Property Management is now in

It's unfortunate, I used to love living here but they raised my rent 200$ and now maintenance takes forever, you can't get a hold of the management. The first year I lived here everything was amazing I dont know what happened because now I have kids vandalizing and stealing things from my property. Management does nothing! Im paying extremely more in rent and I feel miserable and unsafe everytime I come home. Not to mention the homeless sleeping in thier cars in front of my unit. Stay away from these townhomes. Update: Finally moved out of these horrible townhomes. I could not believe the lack of support and awful management. Even when they changed to commercial northwest it actually got worse. They charge every nickle and dime you have. They tried to charge me for a maintenance request.

Experience with The Property management has been horrible. Not as bad lately as People moving out of here as fast as they can. The whole place has a bad vibe. Trash left all around the trash cans. tow trucks that block parking, list goes on and on. If your experience is like ours you will end up getting stuck with a 4000 dollar bill to move out cause you can't stand it anymore. If you are reading this. I'm trying to save you heartache and depression as a result of moving here.

My husband and I just moved here recently and so far we REALLY love it. The interior is beautiful and everything is brand new. We love not having to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The property is really nice looking. Note: There is a lot of construction going on at the moment because they are still expanding and building more brand new homes. Temporary problem.
