Was my first apartment to build rental history, just know they are cheap, so the air coming through the windows, the roaches, spiders, plumbing issues, and moldy disgusting floors are included. I got the apartment dirty when I moved in. When I moved out I put down new temp flooring and painted some cabinets and new cabinet hardware. Scraped the spray paint off the windows. And they held my $700 deposit. (French & Co) will try to figure out a way to get one over on you. They try to always hold the deposit)
