This has to be the rudest subdivision in Overland Park! People that have any complaints (and I mean ANY) call the police instead of talking to the neighbor about it. My girlfriend had 4 woman over for her birthday and they were sitting outside talking and someone called the police and said they were being to loud. This was at 10pm. All the women are in their 40's and there was no music playing. Just some women enjoying a summer evening.
Great place, lovely neighborhood, really comes alive Wednesday nights when they have their very fun summer league swim team meets!
Quite probably one of the classiest subdivisions in Overland Park can't beat the pool and clubhouse.
My wife and our 2 girls moved here in September and have zero complaints. The neighborhood is extremely clean and the people have all been friendly.
Went for party. Nice clubhouse but nothing special
