DO NOT , DO NOT RENT HERE FROM LIBERTY HEIGHTS. Not only is it damn near infested with bugs , mice & a racon that comes through the ceiling on the 3rd floor they over price and don’t fix ANYTHING ! They let anyone and everyone move in they don’t do anything with bad tenants as long as the owner (Gary ) gets his money he don’t care about nobody but his damn self move here at your own will but if you want something done you have to do it yourself or get the government and the police involved because he ain’t gonna do not one thing even when multiple people complain about the same thing it’s not the manager ITS THE OWNER !

To make it short the state needs to investigate and interview each tenant so they’ll know what’s really going on to see how the OWNER of this property on liberty heights doesn’t care about anything but money these tenants aren’t being treated fairly or properly according to how REAL properties are worked. Move here at your own risk I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody not even if it was the last place on earth. The owner just wants your money to hell with your problems.

This company deserves a negative amount of stars, but unfortunately in order to post you have to give a rating. Whatever you do please do not rent from this company. They have multiple properties and each one is dilapidated; mice and roach infested. The landlord and management are not concerned with any of the issues with their properties. Maintenance tries their best, but they can only do what they are instructed to do and what’s afforded to them by management. Preventative maintenance is foreign to them. They are neither proactive or reactive.

Moved in. Shower was done year later still not done and water runs on the wall onto the floor. Floor was newly done from carpet they were proud of that BUT when I turned on the a/c we had to ride the floor because it wasnt laid properly took 8 months for that to get fix. Bug infestations doesnt give tenants timely notice exterminator is coming. We found out when he knocked on the door 8am. He couldn't do anything because we weren't prepared and now we cant get in touch with anyone. Everything is broken and not repaired. Hall closet doors broken off or not place back properly from when they fixed the floor. I have one cabinet door in the kitchen...they ALL FELL OFF😮 We had a previous home fire and this was where we ended and let me tell you its better than being homeless BUT dont stay too

Don't i repeat do not move here unless you a got a good long income the price is to high the living arrangements is poor , they don't fix anything until after the fact something in your apartment will be broke and stay broke for weeks , months , even years they have a bug infestation problem any type of bug you think it's here and they don't and won't do anything about it no matter how much you complain about anything it just won't be fixed the community is bad as hell it's just not worth living here for the amount this owner charges you and the neighbors you have here are nosey and complains and lies on you if they want you gone the manager is lazy and barely does anything about anything the owner doesn't do anything but raise the price for living in this dump and this is coming from a pe
