Willows of Cumming Apartments

I am anxiously waiting for a two bedroom apartment, ground level. Maria and Jennifer in the office have been extremely nice to me as I check in often. I can't wait to be in a better apartment and better area than where I live now! I want back to my hometown as soon as possible. This apartment I live in is awful. I applied approximately two years ago ( I think) to The Willows Apartments and I keep riding through there praying I can get moved there soon! Thank you Maria and Jennifer for being so nice to me! I look forward to living there! 🤗

We have the best Community Team ever. Maria Jennifer Aaron Jonah. I was so Lucky to receive a new fridge stove and AC. It was installed in 1 day. I am beyond happy. I have been a resident in the Willow's for 10 years and the team never let me down. Answer calls imidietly come and fix what is broken. They are the best. I am so blessed . Thank you again. Aaron and Brandon are some of the best maintenance guys. Always prompt, very friendly and I feel more safe having them around. Both are hard working men and always trying to improve anything that is around the property with a smile. Maria and Jennifer have always been so helpful in the front office and help with anything that comes up. When I initially tried to get on the list, and I had a prompt turnaround and I am so thankful that I got an apartment here- just signed my 4th lease, and I hope I’m here for a few more. I love being here and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

HAD to post an update. JENNIFER recently contacted me that there's an opening coming up. I'M SO EXCITED! All the waiting is worth it! Jennifer has been nothing but patient, professional and encouraging during this process. She's the best!Get on the wait list, they will call ypu back! Now 🙏 that everything g is all good and we're approved!!! On the wait list and excited to hear when we can move in. I have acquaintances that live in this community and they love it! When I applied, Jennifer was very kind and took her time with me, even though she was very busy. Her responsiveness, professionalism and understanding were (are) very much appreciated. Just renewed our lease - we LOVE the willows. If are looking for quality apartment living for reasonable cost in Cumming - this is the place! The apartments don’t have flashy counters and brand new everything but if you want that you can go pay 400+ more a month at the other complex’s. Before we moved in they replaced windows put in new stove and fixed all our request. Our neighbors just moved and they replaced all the carpeting before the next people moved in - they Take care of you. The staff is AMAZING. I have dealt with many apt complexes and the office ladies and maintenance guys are WORLD CLASS they actually care about you and your home. Again if you want value, great pricing, and a caring tenant - this is the place for you!! My wife always feels safe walking the dog at night etc. m
