Living in this condominium has been an incredible experience! The efficiency in maintenance is impressive - any problem is solved quickly and with great competence. Safety is a priority here, which gives us a sense of constant tranquility and protection. The beautiful lake is one of the great highlights, providing a serene environment and wonderful views for the residents. In addition, the cordiality and respect of the employees and neighbors make everyday life very pleasant and harmonious. And for those who have pets, the condominium is a true paradise! Accepting pets is a differential that values our quality of life even more. In addition, the location is excellent, close to a highway that facilitates access to several important points of the city, making travel much more convenient. I r

Location is ideal, for me. We are close to everything. The office staff is cheerful, friendly and always goes above and beyond to address inquiries that I have. The maintenance team is pleasant, prompt and attentive. I have not had a single negative interaction with either the office or maintenance staff. The grounds are kept clean (I see Brian, one of our maintenance guys, every morning driving around in his cart and cleaning up any debris) and are well maintained. If I had a single complaint, it would be parking. Sometimes I have to park pretty far from my entrance. It doesn’t bother me enough to take away a star though. I would recommend Willows of Coventry to anyone.

I would highly never suggest living here. My boyfriend is of color and we had a neighbor that was racist and called him slurs. It even got to the point where I had a picture proof of her throwing french fries on my car. When I called the office to report this, they did not believe me whatsoever. They told me that they just couldn’t believe that because of how cute her dog is and she was just an older woman, hinting that she would never do such a thing. It went on for months with her, making up false accusations and stories about what we were doing. We got multiple noise complaints when we are not loud. We also got a lease violation put on our door. Been loving it so far, want to say a huge thank you to Shawna for helping get me into my new place. She went above and beyond to communicate anything that came up along the process. Even when she took me on tours of units she did a great job explaining all the amenities and the different layouts that the willows offers.

Willows of Coventry is a wonderful community's in which to live. The grounds are beautiful and are immaculately kept. The living space is modern with a wood burning fireplace, full size washer and dryer. The amenities are wonderful which include a pool and free 24 hr workout area! This is the perfect place for young families just getting started, people who commute since it is located just 4 minutes from I-69 or older people looking to downsize. The staff are extremely professional, informative and very friendly. They will go out of their way to help you with anything that you need. I plan on making Willows of Coventry my permanent home. It is the perfect place for me to be.
