Willows Apartments

1-9-2026 Welcome to the place where they'll move in to a dirty apartment,I've been here for 4 months and they move me to an apartment with stain all over the carpet, burned floors and full of empty promises... now rats and roaches.. they promise me to fix all of the above and here we are with... nothing. Stay away if you can, for your own good... I guess my money ain't good enough 😕..... oh but the officer look amazing , u guess they don't care about their residents.. shame on them 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Quick update 2 months later and still they don't have the decency to call me or ask me if they can do anything about it... I will update once I move out of here 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤬

They have a nice and clean pool, sadly it used to be closed almost all the time. Since around 2 or 3 weeks ago ( new people working at the office) it has been open more constantly, which is really awesome. The only thing I would like is that residents would be informed the pool hours so we don't need to go check or call the office when we want to use it.

I went to inquire about an apartment and the leasing agent Norma was so nice and helpful she made me feel welcomed. She took me on a tour, her time and dedication to me was incredible, I have not experienced this type of professionalism from a leasing person. Great person beautiful property as well. I will be back. 5 stars all the way!

This was my first apartment I lived in back in 2021 and to be honest, it was pretty fine, especially coming from a different state all together. The monthly rent was cheap, the leasing office at the time was decent . You’ll get what you pay for though, so don’t expect the best amenities or luxury living. For the most part I felt safe, neighbors was friendly and minded their business and I feel like this is a great place to get started/live (especially if you’re coming from another state)

I visited because the sign said leasing apartments and townhomes...the staff was not friendly. My kids spoke and barely got a hello back. False advertising for aure. I asked the lady if there were any town homes available and I got a fast no. Why do yall have the sign up then...save your money and go where they welcome you. Your office staff needs customer service training real bad. And the fact that yall aren't friendly when a little kid says hi. Just nasty work. May yall find better management fast. Oh and they keep the leasing office locked. I'm pretty sure that's a code violation. Just don't go here yall. You've been warned.
