Willowpark Apartments

Nice place and location but unfortunately if the apartment needs work to be done by onsite maintenance or requires a contractor to work in your absence, please take inventory and/or pictures of your valuables. Unfortunately for us some items were taken while we were out of town, with no force entry.

Apartments were quiet and clean,but when we had moved out we never received our deposit back and we would call to ask about it they would say talk to the management that was over before you had moved out then we talk to them they would tell us to talk to the new management that's over the apartments now it was just too much back and forth with them about receiving our deposit back but we never did receive it.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Willow Park, From first applying all they way to turning in my keys the whole process was a breeze! Thank you Donna for being so sweet and truly caring for your tenants! I definitely recommend Willow Park :)

Did a tour love the open floor concept with the kitchen and front room. Only downsize is the master bedroom is a little small for a king size. Looking forward to possibly move in there soon.

I originally signed a 3 month lease at a pretty decent rate, $829 I believe. Management made it seem like I could keep doing a 3 month lease no problem after my first one was up, but that’s not the case. The lowest they’ll allow me to go, besides month to month, is 6 months now that my lease is coming to an end. On top of that, they are increasing rent by over 25% if I signed a 6 month lease, and if I wanted to do month to month it’s a 32% increase. I checked online and the prices are the EXACT same when I applied for my first lease. This place is greedy. They let you sign any lease 1-12 months, at a low rate, then refuse to allow anything under a 6 month lease after your original lease expires ON TOP of having RIDICULOUS rent increases after your first lease. 25% is BEYOND greedy, and the
