We’ve had a great experience so far building our new home with Mindy and Justin. Mindy in the sales office has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with from the start, making the process feel straightforward. Justin, our construction manager, has been responsive and great at keeping us informed as the build moves along. Even though our home is still under construction, we already feel well taken care of and confident in the process. We’d definitely recommend working with them if you’re considering new construction.
Jose Aquino at Pulte's Willowcrest community in Pittsfield gave us an excellent tour of the this new build community, available home models, quick move-in home options, and have done great job in explaining he entire home construction process. I am impressed with Pulte's Willowcrest home designs. As a realtor I am excited to introduce these homes to my clients. Thank you.
This site is awesome! Perfect location wise and nice size lots! Justin the superintendent is great to work with. He remedies any issues that you may have immediately. Peace of mind is huge for me and I have it with Justin on my side.
Do not purchase from Pulte. We have been VERY disappointed with their lack of communication and after home sale warranty and support. Look elsewhere!
