I admit, it was chill in the first half. But then in like the summer we started seeing random bugs popping up then there was a mouse we couldn’t catch in about july and it still hasn’t been caught to this day. And yes, the mice issue is still going on. This would’ve been a decent place to live if it weren’t for the mice problem, Everyday we live in constant fear of one popping out when we think it’s safe. We can’t even have guest over. Some kind of in depth extermination needs to be done across the entire complex. I don’t know how, but this needs to be done. It’s crazy. Wouldn’t recommend living here, but if you do, hopefully you know how to deal with mice on your own. And as a bit of extra info on the situation, we believe they are multiplying and soon nowhere will be safe in the house.

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are old, dirty, and infested with mice and cockroaches. The rent is extremely high for such terrible living conditions. The leasing office staff is completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable, and they do not care about tenants at all. Maintenance issues are ignored or delayed, and communication is awful. I strongly warn everyone: never even think about renting here. Save your money, time, and peace of mind and stay far away from this place.

I have complained about our sink only having blazing hot water to the point where we got used to it not having cold water. So I put in a request to have someone take a look at it and even mentioned not to send a maintenance guy. Because they always say that they don't know what the problem is and that they would have the office call a plumber which never showed up. In my last complaint they sent Eduardo Lopez. He took his time diagnosing the situation even going to the extent of removing the entire faucet and finally gave me his diagnosis. He replaced the faucet and just like that everything was working well. I don't know why the other maintenance workers couldn't figure this out. I was so happy they sent Eduardo cause finally a problem that lasted years is now fixed.
