I am approaching my 2 year mark here at Willow Ridge and I am a very satisfied tenant. Mrs.Que was very nice and professional from the first phone call informing me I was approved til now. Her demeanor and professionalism has not wavered. I appreciate how she keeps us informed of any happenings near or within our community via email. She also reaches out to make sure any third party work was done to my satisfaction. She responds very promptly and quickly to any questions or concerns. Any issues I've had concerning neighbors have always been addressed and handled quickly. Matt always responds for maintenance orders quickly. The community itself is quiet and I feel safe here. The outreach to the community during the Hurricane was heartwarming. Showed the property management do care about us

I’ve been living at Willow Ridge for over a year, and it truly feels like home. From day one, the leasing office made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to give a shout-out to Que. She always goes above and beyond anytime I have a question or need help. The townhouse itself is spacious, modern, and full of natural light. I really appreciate the remodeling of my bathroom and kitchen along with the brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove that was installed before my move in! The maintenance guy Matthew, is also super responsive. Every request I’ve submitted was taken care of within 24 hours. The community is quiet and respectful, and I always feel safe here. If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved out of Unit 52 in June 2025, and my experience at Willow Ridge was a disaster from the start. The property manager, Que Butler, is negligent and unprofessional. I dealt with delayed maintenance, random water shutoffs (sometimes mid-shower), and an untreated mold problem that was only taken seriously after I bought my own mold test kit and got sick from it. She called it “mildew” and only responded after my neighbor (who shared a wall) reported it had spread. After a hurricane, my front door stopped locking, and I had to replace the lock myself because Que ignored me. Days later she claimed maintenance “tried to enter,” but I was home and no one ever knocked. She didn’t send my move-out statement until almost a month after I left—and only after

I've been a tenant here for a little over a month now. I've been in GA since October, my first apartment here was nowhere near the experience I've had here at willow. Before moving in I looked at the reviews and not one person lied. I am in love with this complex and what it has to offer. Even down to property manager and maintenance. Any maintenance request put it was worked on the same day. This is my 5th apartment and have never experienced such fast and speedy assistance. I will most likely resign here for a couple of years. The manager on the property needs a raise for her tremendous customer service even down to the smile and ready to help attitude. Thanks willow ridge for going above and beyond for your tenants and making this move easy and stress free, wish I could give 10 stars.

My girlfriend and I moved in around 3 years ago. We are now moving out since getting married and needing a change. Que has been the best landlord we have ever had in Augusta. She is prompt, courteous, and accommodating. She also makes such an effort of making community events fun and bringing the residents together. Matt is arguably the best maintenance man in the entirety of the CSRA. He completes work orders the same day, and does a great job. He has a talent for taking care of every problem and always has a fix. We have been happy to call Willowridge home for our biggest memories, and only wish we could take Que and Matt with us to any other Apartment we move to.
