DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We been without hot water for an entire week and everytime I call for an update they saying someone is working on it. This is ridiculous my kids can’t even bathe because the water is so cold. The owner refuses to replace the boiler and it’s been out multiple times just in the month of February only!!!

This place is not for people of color. Now is you're Hispanic this is a place that you may want for a lil while. Just look at the comments left about this place. Allllll the Hispanics loves here every one else HATED IT. Not a racist thing a fact thing. And if you think I'm just talking..ride through there and tell me what you see. Bow they use to be some decent apartments but now they are trash. I considered it a while back but after seeing them for myself and reading the comments. Nah I'm good on y'all. So just take heed to the comments

So I have lived here for 2 years STRAIGHT, rent always paid on time everything. These were my first apartments. For a first apartment for a little it’s not an entirely bad choice, but you start realizing how poorly kept the property is and the inside of the apartment looks decent at first but you realize they just paint over or find a easy way to cover up things. My tub started chipping bad and got nasty and they still haven’t even fixed it. ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES. have always been my biggest concern, no matter what, they were EVERYWHERE. I even used my own materials at my job at Lowes and nothing. The maintenance team barely did anything. It was embarrassing bringing friends or guests over without them seeing a few of them every other hour and just casually killing them. I put LED ligh

Great place to live. Mrs. Mary, Ms. Judith and Ms. Erica are the sweetest people. They make sure any issue is resolved ASAP. Apartments themselves are very nice and clean. Most definitely recommend.

The people in the office have very good customer service. Whenever I have a problem Ms. Mary and Mnd Ms. Judith always there for the help. Then the maintenance guys always there to fix the problem in the apartment. I love stay here at Willowridge Apartment. I been here for 2 years.
