Willow Ridge Apartments

At least it was clean when we first moved in. This place has roaches bad, bed bugs, things don’t work, plugs don’t work, all fire alarms needed new batteries as soon as we moved in. Nails sticking out of the boards on patios, steps coming apart on stairs, railings not on all the way. Maintenance makes the place look trashy by spray painting the outside of the buildings to indicate to other workers what needs to be fixed. During the winter time, they turn off the water to your washers, to your showers, and sinks. There is no child supervision, grotesque things get written on my cars, my neighbors windows get broken from the kids throwing rocks . It’s really sad. I hate feeling like my home isn’t my home. I guess it’s better than my family being homeless, but I can’t tell you how much I can’

It was a very easy and pleasant process to do the paperwork and have all questions and concerns answered with satisfaction.

Very horrible place to live at , mainance will not do shit about anything, trash all over the parking lots people having loud music every nights won't sleep , water don't have pressure at all taking showers like if we in Mexico not even worse than mex

Trash container always packed of trash almost cover the parking lot , also hard to find a spot to park worst apartment here in Lewisville tx

I really like the environment. The people, from the staff to the residents are respectful, caring & kindhearted!!!!
