She is really good at her job she was very helpful and made the process quick and easy she always have a great attitude with any repairs or maintenance that needs to be done . She is very nice

Lisa made my move-in so easy and really worked with my situation. She’s kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond—even before and after office hours. The property is quiet, clean, and well-kept, with super fast maintenance. I also love the rent programs, on-site laundry, and how close it is to shopping and the bus stop. It’s been the perfect place to get back on my feet, and I’m grateful to have a place to call home.

I've live here at Willow Ridge for a year now and my time here has been great. It really makes a difference when your Manager goes above and beyond for her tenants. When I was offered the apartment I was in desperate need of one. My finances wasn't what I needed them to be and while waiting to get the deposit and first months rent it kept falling through and I had to constantly ask for my move in date to be later and she did it. She could have said no Each Time I needed an extension. During my time here unforeseen incidents has happened like my husband's account being emptied. Here I going to the office asking for an extension not knowing how long it was going to take for the bank to put the money back. She worked with me.
