Willow Ridge Apartments

NICE place to live thou the units are dated (been there for well over 20 yrs) they are WELL maintained units, common areas as well as amenities. The few times we have had to call for maintenance again they were prompt and addressed the issue without prompting. Recent ice storm ...handled the parking lot was salted, scraped and clear for those of us who had to wk. Community its well light, very quite and crime at minimal (couple car break n but again minimal issues). As a single, live alone female i feel very comfortable here. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional. They even host regular monthly engaging community events. My only 2 complaints- We pay $26.50 mthly for trash pick up however they are not inconsistent. With well over 400 units that company (IF there is a 3rd party)

I just renewed my lease and I have to say that Vincinta has been absolutely wonderful helping me get my ducks in a row. From the first phone call to move-in, she was there for me every step of the way. And has continued to help me as I’m learning to make my way around the area. Give that lady a raise! I’ve had a few issues with the apartment, but the maintenance crew didn't waste any time getting things fixed/replaced for me. William is the best!! Management keeps the community popping with events which helps with meeting your neighbors and I’ve made some nice friends. I like the atmosphere at Willow Ridge and am very happy here.

Biggest issues atm are the pools are for the most part only 3 feet deep aside from one. Then when it gets icy they dont salt the stair ways or the walk ways so it gets very slippery and can cause accidents.

Willow Ridge is a very good community that has everything you need within a 5 mins drive. The manager staff is very attentive and the maintenance crew are mindful and respectful. EDIT Oct '24: it's going to be 2 years since we moved. The maintenance crew is one of the best I've dealt with. The gym has new equipment and the overall experience remains comfortable and quiet. I removed one star from my review because of the fiasco with the pools during the summer. They claim to have 4 but only 2 were open sporadically through the few weeks of the season. I still recommend these apartments because it's convenient and secure.

Willow Ridge Apartments located in a clean and quiet area. They are very well maintained. Management and maintenance team are responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s a very nice place to live! Special thanks to Karmen for helping with maintenance today. She is amazing at what she does. Always polite, quick, and professional. 💯
