Willow Oaks Townhomes

Willow Oaks, DOES HAVE PITBULLS AND ROCKWILDERS! I have lived here over 13 years, and counting. Editing my review, because it has got better with our new manager, Ms Desira. Her new maintenance team are quick to respond, great attitude, and does great work. Ms D is doing everything she can to improve Willow Oaks. Still alleged drugs, less shots fired, on certain streets... I'm still apprehensive about walking around out here, because of the pitts and rockwhilders, I still see. A walking group would be good, more protection. Clubhouse😞, they took our gym away years ago...Wish they'd bring it back, that was the main reason, I moved here the first time. Great daycare facilities.

My mother stays there and been having problems with office staff. My concern is when she paid her April 2020 rent on April 3, 2020. She received her 1st letter of rent increase dated April 7, 2020 but got the letter on April 8, 2020. The letter said her rent went up, she had 10 days to pay her rent, or you will be requested to be eviction from premises. My mother said she called the office multiply of time on April 8, 2020 and no answer and left voice mail. So on April 9, 2020 she called the office again an again no answer. I used my son phone cause he has a 336 area code number to see if they would answer and no answer. So my mother called again and someone answer the phone. Lived here for about 3 years! Great management. Mrs Newman then Mrs Greene. Great maintenance. Brian and Mr. Rush. Once Mrs Greene left. It went down hill. The new manager was young, not to friendly, was not there for the people at ALL. I lost my job. Then started York for GCS as a sub. I even called and left a message at corporate trying to figure something out never received a call back. Had to move never had to deal with this before. Now it's on my credit.

I have been living at willow oaks for 6 years and have never seen so much laziness in my life after ms. Green, mr. rush and the other guy left. They were so good to my family. I refuse to take anymore. Michelle and all the others in that office are lazy and inconsiderate of others.. I have called them numerous times about my rent and about my not having a job and they refuse to answer the phone. I worked a 12 hour shift job and couldn’t make it to paying my bill until a day after the 5th and the letter that was sent to me about me not paying my rent on time was very rude and harshly worded. I had asked for numerous things to be fixed in my home that still isn’t fixed til this day and I am very disappointed. They won’t fix anything around here but still have matainance riding around doing n

I love where I live but now they're building houses on top of one another. I think it's sad that they are so money hungry. Every single spot they are building. NO PRIVACY! SMH
