I’ve lived here for 3 years as a respectful tenant only to be put into a predicament where JENN, DENISE, and JOLENE have been the most unpleasant and unsympathetic humans I have ever met in my life. These people should be prison guards.. they have zero empathy for hard working mothers, children, pets, elderly etc. If they continue this occupational path they should be mandated to have some sort of human rights training or be taught simple manors. Not to mention they insisted the police could allow them in my home at odd hours of the morning? A simple Google search told them they were wrong. Very beautiful apartments. Was extremely happy to be put on the lease. Was confused on why they did not enforce their two-week notice policy to that of guests who are only allowed to stay two weeks. Dealt with a roommate who threatened my life multiple times and laid hands on my partner, we got the law enforcement involved, they handled the pressing charges for us, but when my partner and I called to discuss with the landlord that we’d appreciate the other individual leaving, we were faced with animosity and told only the law enforcement could remove an individual. This makes no sense? Was told we were one of the longest staying renters in the lowville area. Military I guess?? My husband is active army. We stayed there for 3 years and always paid rent on time paid all deposits we came down on orders to Washington State. I trusted that the maintenance man who first did the house inspection with us wrote down the wear and tear on the living room carpet that looked like a cat took it's claws to it. NOPE!!! WE DIDN'T GET A COPY of the house inspection papers either. We only had two dachshunds no cats no claws to shred carpet.We trim them monthly and I work from home so I know they didn't tear into it. I rented an apartment here in 2019, and I thought management and maintenance both did a great job. They were very responsive and helpful.
