Willow Lakes

I have lived here going on 4 years. It is peaceful, quiet and private. Recently my refrigerator was not working properly and maintenance fixed it in a timely matter. He ran tests, cleaned up behind himself and it was fixed quickly. The quality of maintenance has for sure improved with new management company and the management team is responsive and quick to help or answer any questions or concerns I have. So far been best time for me to live here. I would recommend living here for small families, singles, or maybe someone older. Anyone really. I have amazing neighbors and we all look out for each other.

I just moved in here, but I’d like to say the process was super easy, and the apartment is beautiful for the amazing price. It’s a blessing in this economy and definitely helps many of us out who are trying so hard to make it. So far, everyone I’ve met has been very nice, and the property stays quiet and clean. I enjoy the private patio space a lot, and I find myself staying here for a good while if things remain the way they are. I’m very thankful and grateful to Jasmine for helping us get in, and giving us a fully renovated, beautiful home. I can’t review maintenance besides the very great upkeep of the property and buildings, as I haven’t been here long enough to experience anything needing to be fixed, it’s all perfect for now.

For the most part, the neighbors are fine and the prices are good. However, the office hours for management are suggestions at best. It's very hard to get in contact in person or on the phone with management, and maintenance requests are often delayed or hard to get done.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments have recently been sold, and the new property manager, Jasmine, has been awesome so far. She is friendly, helpful, and very intelligent. Her predecessor, Jordan, was also great! Jasmine has both met and exceeded my expectations. I hope she stays a long time. The buildings are old, but maintenance comes quickly when you need them. The complex is always quiet and peaceful, and you leave the busy world behind when you come home!

One bedroom is very nice and more space in bedroom. The dining room need to be in there but I can make it work. The community seems quiet and friendly. I just met manager Jasmine. She is awesome and very friendly! Please go there and see her! :)
