I am a disabled physician with three support animals who recently applied to this complex. I first spoke to someone over the phone who told me that would be no problem and scheduled me for a tour. When I arrived at the complex, with a relative who confirms this, I was informed that no one knew I was coming and they could not give me a tour as no units were ready. I then spoke to someone in the office who again informed me that 3 support animals were no problem and told me how to apply and that there would be a fee for applying. After submitting my application I was immediately informed that I have one two many animals and could not be approved. I replied with an email asking why this was the case when it was never a concern prior despite having this exact topic brought up repeatedly. I the
I been living at Willie Lake Apartments for 3 years I have nothing but VERY POSITIVE experiences with Willie Lakes every time I need something fixed in my apartment the GREAT Maintenance team fix it they are wonderful guys and if I have a problem the Managment will address my concerns and recently I moved into a 3 bedroom newly remodeled unit which I love my apartment and the Wonderful Management team informed me it was available and I moved into my unit that was so nice of them to let me know a 3 bedroom was available my kids are so happy to have there own rooms Williow Lakes is a great place to live and it’s safe with a great team of Management and Maintenance that cares about you thank you Willow Lakes.
I have had nothing but a positive experience. There has been so many great improvements to the community. I have a lot of appreciation for the office staff, and maintenance workers. Thank you guys for your hard work!
Fellow residents are great for the most part, other than a bit of an issue with taking personal belongings/packages. The office and maintenance staff are great and work to resolve issues!
Great office staff and maintenance crew. Pool and dog park a plus. Snow removal awesome. Updates are ongoing.
