Willow Key Apartments

Loving this apartment - it's affordable and feels like home, thanks to the amazing management team and super helpful maintenance staff! 🤑 The only thing: they changed the color from orange 🍊... wish they'd bring it back! 😄

Unreasonable parking and towing policies. Small, discrete signage that says no no no... and no reverse parking... why? IDK... and it does NOT say violators will be towed... there is a sign at the entrance that says parking for residents only... others will be towed... but I imagine guests of a resident would be considered resident’s use (???) Otherwise... all the cars parked in future resident parking spots (which are after that sign) are violators also... no? Anyway, a friend stopped here to look at a car for sale, backed into a spot and as he was standing there looking at the car for sale, four cars away, a tow truck backed up to his vehicle and lifted it... likely called by the apartment management... watching the cameras.... if they are that shady in the parking lot... how shady are th

This complex has gotten so lazy and disgusting after Covid. The trash always looks like this and no matter how many times we complain nothing gets done maybe, if you had one dumpster and the trash people actually came as often as they should, and if u leave the dumpster where it’s supposed to be maybe this won’t happen but coming home to this after a long day is soooooo disgusting. THE CITY ORLANDO NEEDS TO COME SEE THIS !!! I have a lot more to say but I’ll leave it at the trash for now;)

Ive had a wonderful experience with the staffing at Willow key. From day one the leasing office has been very helpful, welcoming and genuine. The staff always goes the extra mile for their tenants. Maintenance request are handled very quickly and the staff cares a lot about their community. Thank you to all the staff at Willow key
