This place is absolutely disgusting. The maintenance, management and anyone involved in the upkeep of this building should be ashamed. You have no pride in your work or respect for the people living in that building.

This business abuses and extorts their tenants. Shame on them. It's currently under the name Maple Place, operated by M&T Management.

There was only one elevator for all 12 floors and sometimes that one is broken. The management does not concern with issues from the tenants nor safety. The security is not to be taken seriously at all. There was a roach and gnat infestation from other trifling people moving in. The rent amount is given and not correct. Don’t sign a lease with these bogus management .

Have a friend that lives there it's public housing...what else can u say.

They let anybody become manager and they definitely harass the wrong tenants and visitors all while letting the free loaders and drug dealers in than allow bed bug toaters and messy teens and adults around without calling the proper authority
