My spouse and I recently toured the property as newlyweds looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. We walked into the leasing office & Bree, the assistant manager, made the experience truly pleasant. She was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Bree took the time to clearly explain the leasing details, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt informed and comfortable. The tour she gave us was wonderful and very detailed, which helped us get a great feel for the community. We truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and the genuine care she showed while helping us during such an important step in finding our new home. Thank you again Bree!

I wish I can give 0 stars I have to say, it took me a few years to finally get this apartment. They only showed me one place, which wasn’t the one I ended up moving into. The management sucks! There are constant shootings and break-ins, plus ongoing plumbing problems. The cracks in the walls never get repaired. I needed my door fixed, and all they did was staple it back together. They paint over old surfaces, and the colors never match what they apply. They show up unannounced and are quick to evict tenants. They always claim it's inspection time, yet they never come to fix the issues that need addressing. Every time I visit the office, it’s closed, and they tell me I’m late on my rent, even though I’m never late. When I call housing, they confirm I have no late fees; they just want to squ

I have to say the new management is completely amazing. The communication, professionalism, and friendliness was greatly appreciated. I look forward to making this home guests to come.

If I could give 0 I would This place is NOT SAFE ! Robbery’s are such a reoccurrence. Office does not care about you or your family. I put a service request in to fix my kitchen light. It took more than three weeks. I am yet to receive the number of my mailbox. I continually keep contacting the Office, and they always give me the runaround about every single thing. New management is horrible !! DO NOT MOVE HERE !

My experience at Willow green has been amazing. Bre , Mya, and Ashely are very helpful and patient! 10/10 recommend to move here
