Willow Crossing Apartments and Townhomes

Me and my family have been living here for 9 years. This year will be our 10th. These apartments have an amazing community and the people are always so welcoming. The office is always ready to take care of whatever we need. The neighborhood is very clean and the apartment came in great condition. I have a full finished basement that I have turned into a second living room! I love the location and almost never have any complaints. The only issue I could think of is the water bill but honestly this place is amazing and is the first place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a good home ☺️.

Lived here for a year worst year ever. Huge pest issues that was never handled office just said they would send pest control and charge me extra. Apartment was flooded one night from above me took hours to get ahold of anyone from emergency maintenance number. KENISHA was in the front office and when i went in to get things handled was rude and very clueless of the damages that occur with water in your ceiling and under your floor. Thankfully the maintenance supervisor and Karla helped but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. Tenants were loud nothing was done about noise complaints. Dumpster was always overfilled and stuff just thrown by it. Maintenance request nothing ever was fixed correctly. Might be cheaper rent but definitely a reason unless you wanna sleep with bugs c

I have been living at Willow Crossings for 10 months and I am renewing my lease for another 13 months at the end of my year. I have killed 1 spider and some tiny ants, but that's all I have seen in 10 months. My apartment feels like home. My neighbors have been great, we all helped each other dig out after the snow storm. Its a nice little community. The Maintenance guy named Hugo defiantly takes his job seriously and cares, he is awesome. The office staff has been helpful and nice. The apartments are not new, it has some quirks. I don't know where else you are going to find 800 square feet with washer and dryer hookups for this price. I am grateful I have live at Willow Crossings.

I've been living here for over 10 years now. The leasing office ladies are very sweet and personable. They help as much as they possibly can to make living here a great experience. The pool is nice on hot days to just cool off. We are allowed to have up to 2 pets which is wonderful.

Had a good experience there Christina was very helpful and patient with me help me with any questions I had over all she was really nice.
