We had a great experience choosing this apartment complex as our new home. Cheyleen was especially helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The community is well-maintained, welcoming, and in a convenient location. We’re really happy with our decision and excited to move in!

The area could be cared of better. Many dying plants, many water sprinkles are broken and just flood the area in the evenings instead of evenly sprinkling the water (do they never examine this system?). People dump lots of trash outside that doesn’t get removed for many days, etc. Someone breaks the front gate again and again, and the management instead of installing cameras and security systems just fix it from time to time - doesn’t look like efficient way to spend our rent money.

I had a great tour with Shaylene. I didn’t have an appointment, but she still made it happen and was super accommodating. She walked me through everything in a way that felt easy and comfortable. Never felt pressured or like she was trying to sell me on anything. It was a really positive experience, and I appreciated how welcoming and professional she was. The units themselves were surprisingly spacious, and the property has two pools. This would have been a strong option for us, but we were a little thrown off by the amount of debris and tree trimmings around the grounds, plus there wasn’t enough covered parking. The garages that are available also felt a bit overpriced for our budget.

If you ever plan to rent here, do not rent near the pool — it will be a nightmare. The back pool has practically turned into the district’s free public pool, bathtub, and bathroom. Constant violations of community rules by tenants and their guests — excessive noise, parking issues, trespassing, tailgating, and random visitors at all hours — have made living here unbearable. All of these problems have been reported multiple times with videos, in-person visits to the office, and follow-ups, but no meaningful action has ever been taken. On top of that, my patio was robbed once, and my car parked in the carport was damaged twice — yet management did nothing to improve security. I had a huge water issue with the rain coming through the ceiling and walls , I called maintenance and they said they would come Back in the morning and get a blower or some thing since my carpets were soaked , I never got a call back or anyone to come back , I have children who sleep in this room and have been informed it can cause mold . I can’t post the videos I took but here one of the water bubbles that was going down my wall and ended up popping . Also the maintenance man said this happened 3 times before to my unit !
