Willow Court Apartments

Macio is rude and unkind. Has rather high standards for tenants when this place hasn’t been updated in what seems like 20 years. West Seattle is too beautiful to live in a place this horrid on the eyes and often times, the nose as well. Put your money into the many other quality apartment buildings with amenities & friendly managers.

Very unprofessional! First, off let start with their policy and duty as I was getting the apartment. Pet friendly and that the dogs would get interview so they can get accepted to the apartment lease. Its a pet friendly don’t you expect barking at anytime? If you want silence then there shouldn’t be any dogs. So we been living here for 3 yrs no issues with the dogs. Until a replacement for management shows up (again) and all of the sudden she hears dogs barking and assumes it’s my dogs? Remind ya other dogs be barking within the whole 3 buildings… and we get a violation??? With what evidence? Also some Cars park free , while hard working paying renters pay 50$. I’m very upset because we pay parking and rent on time for REBECCA to come at us for something she assume. Don’t like here anym

shop the surrounding communities and I guarantee you’ll never be able to find a community quite like this one. I fell in love with Willow Court during my two years there. My neighbors were all amazing, management rocked and maintenance deserves a standing ovation. The community is located off Delridge Way and the bus conveniently stops RIGHT in front of the community. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Work orders were finished the same day and Joey goes above and beyond his job description. He even helped me move a 8ft couch up three flights of stairs on his own time once ( but there are elevators onsite to make moving things up the stairs a whole lot easier!) The owner is very kind, the staff and ownership truly have integrity. Shout out to Maceo for making it all happen flaw

We have been tenants at Willow Court from 2010 -2017 and now again from 2020 - 2021. We enjoyed living here, the apartments are very spacious - the most spacious you’ll find in the area for the price. The bus stop to downtown is right outside, as well as the stop to come back, which is very convenient. It’s very close to Westwood Village for all your shopping needs and Alki Beach and Lincoln Park are short bus rides away. We felt safe here, the residents are friendly, maintenance requests are completed timely and professionally, and management has always been helpful and considerate.

Have lived here 4 years now. Apartments are spacious and very reasonably priced for West Seattle. Safe and quiet. Well maintained. Manager and custodian are friendly and responsive.
