Perks: Super Affordable Large bed rooms and paid parking options. Nice neighborhood Cons: You can tell the property management is neglectful with upkeep of the property. This place feels like poverty when you arrive. No counter space. Shared paid laundry No microwave in kitchen Hallways are kept dingy I would say compared to the photos on Zillow this property was a total catfish. Especially where the kitchen is concerned.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! I moved here from Georgia I was supposed to move in Feb 1st couldnt because they didn't clean it ! So i moved in on the 2nd . It's FEB 9th and I haven't had water in my unit for 5 of the 7 days I've been here !!!! No one is ever in the office to do anything!! Management SUCKS !!! Maintenance SUCKS!!!! I regret moving to this piece of garbage place ! They dont rent for the price online ! They will upcharge you for a run down unit. Unit comes with no blinds they said you have to buy your own ! SLUM LORDS !!!!!!

I just got approved for my apartment. I think I’m going to love it here. Dayana is the sweetest and most accommodating property manager ever. Ask for her if you apply. The area is quiet and of course I can’t speak much to the apartment yet, but so far I am having a good experience!

I’ve been here for only 2 and a half months and I’m starting to have a lot of regrets. Through the problems with leasing, me moving into my apartment and not having a working hot water heater, not having working keys at a point to even get into my home, and now dealing with mice. I’ve put in maintenance request and they are ignored, and even had a request where a maintenance man claimed to have come to exterminate, but it was 100% false. I’m hoping things work out, but also wish I signed a month to month lease.

I love living here the team and management is awesome Dayana and Mo are really pleasant and amazing people to have here.
