f I could give zero stars, I would. This review is for Cooper River Farms in Charleston, SC. Living at Cooper River Farms has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. We discovered mold throughout our apartment, including multiple closets, and our downstairs neighbors had the same issue. Management was told about it a week before we moved out, and the maintenance supervisor came, claimed there was no mold, then later admitted it was mold after seeing it himself the night before we left. I’m pregnant and have asthma, and this situation was handled with complete disregard. It's obvious by the reviews and lack of management responses that this company really does not give a crap. I signed my lease at Regency Johns Creek in May and have seen this place turn into a run down mess and is getting worse by the day. There are multiple areas on the property that has broken fixtures, dirty stairwells and walkways as well as constant trash/filth in areas where trash shouldn't be. I have photographed unkept pool areas, overflowing trash/dumpster areas, random debree, stained dirty hallway carpet and walls, and vomit that was left untouched for almost a week. I was sold on renting here based on the available staff needed to service and maintain the property. If I could give a F & 0 stars I would!Willow bridge no longer is a property manager at a complex I applied with,how about I keep calling about my refund,& guess what of course they’re not answering the phone nor my emails,etc & I WAS BLOCKED! They better give me my refund back ASAP,it’s been over 3 mths since i applied,they shouldn’t even still be in business at this point!!!!

@WillowBridgePC So like how much do you think your company is shit? Is it dependent on the amount of people that are applying to your company or is it the amount of people that are trying to move in? My question is just are you actually trying to be a good management or are you just collecting money?

Willow bridge just took over my apartment complex in Summerville, SC 6 months ago & since there has been no communication with anybody from the office. My water unit has been leaking for a month maintenance here is incompetent he’s come every week to vacuum the water. Never fixing the problem! My entire floor (wooden) is leaking the water damage literally caused black to start growing everywhere. Anything attached to willow bridge will be a nightmare don’t waste your time.
