Willow Bend Apartments

I lived here for 5 years. Pros: Maintenance is responsive, parking lot, spacious 1-bedroom, and the area itself is nice. Cons: Unfortunately, there are several major concerns that I personally experienced: • Rodents: I caught multiple mice during my time here. Management’s exterminators came in, and I even hired my own, but the problem continued. I had mice in my stove, bathroom drain, bedroom, and other areas. I also saw traps with mice outside of my building (photos attached). • Leaks: I experienced constant leak issues from above, primarily in the kitchen ceiling and occasionally in the bathroom. • Lease termination: Because of the ongoing rodent issue, I broke my lease and asked if the termination fee could be waived. I am currently in my third year of residency at this property, and I have observed a significant decline in maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property management since my initial move-in. During my first year, the grounds were consistently maintained, and seasonal decorations were displayed during the fall and winter holidays. These efforts have not continued in subsequent years. The fitness center has also deteriorated in condition. Previously, it was well stocked with disinfectant wipes and functioning equipment, including a working television. Currently, there are no disinfectant wipes available, only paper towels, and the cleaning supplies appear inadequate. These conditions have remained unchanged for several months. Love it here.Willowbend at Lindy is a great place to live. Super clean and is also very peaceful. Maintenance department is beyond sufficient and I appreciate that. Dominic really knows his stuff and figures out how to complete every maintenance task he's given.Doesn't matter what it is, he figures it out! I Love the big bedrooms too.

Great Area BUT this place was hell!!!! They have a bad rodent problem, mold that they never fully treat, plumbing issues, the washers stay broken and the walls are super thin. Also your packages will be stolen!!!

Lindy recently changed to a new payment portal that confused me since I’m not very good at using computers. Ryan, the young lady in the office helped me navigate and set up Domuso, when I was borderline frustrated. Her assistance made the process easy and stress-free. And I set up auto-pay so I don’t have to worry about the internet issues every month.
