Willow Apartments

I’ve been living here for the past eight years. I have zero problems with these people. It’s pet friendly and very safe neighborhood. I love to open my door for fresh air and when I tell you, no one would ever go in my house. That’s what I mean about being safe.

0 STARS!!!! Do not allow this complex or Kim the property manager to use your credentials or get a lease. They allow felons to falsely use stolen identities to live on property and ruin peoples credit and put you in an extreme debt. When confronted with the information after I did what I was asked, which was send all my sensitive documents and proof of the situation to them as I live out of state, have not lived in Nashville since 2017 nor this apartment ever, And an honorably discharged veteran not to mention, hard-working mother Who has worked very hard for what I have… Kim received my information as she asked and never returned my call. Never emailed me. I never got one response. When I tried to speak to her on the phone, she was incredibly unprofessional and acted like a child! A prop

Scam. Takes your money and put you out if you 3 days late on your rent.if you more then 2 days late they sign you out so you cant make payment and send you to court. You still have to pay for the 12 month lease if you don't live here or they will put it on your credit. Crazy part is they have the right to terminate you for absolutely Anything. There like a credit card company with high interest. DONT PLAY RUSH N ROULETTE giving them your money. We aren't bad people. The judge said it was simply because we were 3 days late. Smfh The world is disgusting.

Update: it had now been 4 weeks I have still not received my payment. I am actually in shock. Incredibly inconvenient and distasteful management. If it succeeds 30 days I will be looking to see what legal remediations I have available. I am sure this has happened to plenty of people. Leasing company accepted electronic payment and did not reiterate or verbally inform me that refunds would be processed as a check. Agent who answered the phone was curt and condescending and ultimately unprofessional and insensitive to the fact that I was unaware of this. I did not make it past the application process but I am sure that is in my best interest. Customer service MATTERS even in the application process.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I sadly should have read the reviews, now I’m making one. I would give them zero stars if i could. I haven’t even stayed for a month & I’m experiencing a lot of red flags with these apartments. They wrap you up in lies for money. When I got the apartment, I didn’t even get the apartment I toured. I was promised a $500 Visa card & 1 month free upon move in, but a week after I moved in they claim they aren’t doing the promotions anymore. This place is roach & bug INFESTED. Pest control comes every Friday but only if u ask every week & they only spray a corner here & there & the bugs are back the next day. Even charge you a monthly fee. Communication is beyond terrible & only answers when it benefits them. They charge you valet fees but no one comes to pickup your trash. Do
