Willow 38

I recently moved into Willow 38 from Oklahoma City and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The townhome is very clean, quiet, and the community is super accommodating. The location is perfect—close to everything I need. I didn’t get a chance to tour the place in person before moving, but I found Willow 38 online and took a chance. The office staff assured me it was a safe and clean area, and they were absolutely right. I’m so thankful I trusted them. If you’re on the fence—don’t be! The ladies in the office are incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area, which was a huge help to me as someone coming from out of state. Highly recommend!

We’ve enjoyed living in our Willow38 home for the past six months, the homes are a great size and other than a few minor issues living there has been seamless. The main issues I have are the fact that the trash in the dog area isn’t emptied frequently enough, there are people who don’t pick up after their dogs, and I don’t think the area has been sprayed down and sanitized even once (despite repeated requests for that to be done). The smell from the area can be pretty gross, and it’s even worse when you’re in the hot tub or pool area and can smell the dog pee. To echo one of the other reviews, the children running about unsupervised is a bit worrying at times. I’m always concerned about backing out of my garage and accidentally hitting one of them if they are speeding along on their scoote
