This property management has been unresponsive for more than 2 years about their trees overgrowing into our property. We have tried unsuccessful since June 2023 to get their office to make contact. This review serves as a public notice in the event our requests for assistance continue to go unchecked. These massive trees can cause catastrophic damage -- and even death, if they were to fall on our homes. Willoughby is liable for their trees.

The WORST company I have rented from. All of their properties and units are infested with roaches BAD and rodents! They half installed the units, they do not come and fix anything if you call. The only time they do is when you get DOB involved and even in that they’ll come and half fix your place. I moved into a unit and the filter was so dirty and clogged up while I am pregnant. It is cracks and holes won the boarders on the floor, the refrigerator is broke on the side so roaches crawl inside my refrigerator they still have not yet came and bought me a new fridge or washer dryer my clothes been sitting in water for three months they don’t reimburse you for damages caused by their property I also have gotten clothing stolen from me by maintenance and I have police report for all of this. A

Great company. Been a tenant for 5+ years between three different apartments while living in DC. Family-managed business that truly cares about their tenants and doing the best they can to accommodate residents. They've always impressed me with their professionalism and loyalty of their employees. I live near the rental office and it's super easy to drop my check in their box after work, but they also have an online payment feature. If you have any questions or need any help, contact me! I've helped nearly half a dozen friends sign leases with the Willoughbys, and will surely try for more in the future!

Willoughby Real Estate, who recently became my property management as of September 1st. I dealt with many issues with the last company for months. I can honestly say that since Willoughby stepped in, things are finally getting better. They are very professional and family oriented.
