Willo Heights Apartments

I moved in to Willow Heights Apartments in October 2019. I have felt safe here since the day I moved in. The manager is very nice and so is her husband. They watch out for me. I was home for a few weeks off work and both of them checked on me. Any problem I have with the apartment, laundromat, mailbox or backyard they address. All simple little things such as key wouldn't work in mailbox or light burned out on my porch. They were fixed quickly. Overall it’s a great place to live.

I really love this apartments. The managers in the rental office are very understanding, they respond to my maintenance needs ASAP. Very quiet and peaceful place to live. I love that I feel safe living here, They are beautiful and nicely remodeled apartments.

The manager Diane is very unprofessional. She took two weeks to complete the credit check due to her lack of experience. Her terrible attitude matches the quality of apartments under her "management". Alot of meth and heroin smoking criminals. Some are growing marijuana in their apartments. Not a safe place for a family. A couple reasons that explain why it is the cheapest apartments in Escalon.

We lived here for about two years and LOVED it! The community is great, family friendly, wonderful neighborhood to walk around it, you can walk to the nearest park. The manager is amazing and went above and beyond in every capacity!

I’ve lived here for over a year and have only had wonderful interaction with the complex manager. They are prompt on anything that may need fixed and always return and calls or emails in a timely manner. It’s a great complex!
