This management company does not care about residents or housing. They misuse their energy to scrutinize homeowneres, when their own staff is complete incapable to function. We have requested for our door light to be fixed for seven months, yet today they complained about a holiday decor-without fixiging the door light. I have called several times for assistance from their staff and the secretary always sounds disinterested and lost, like they literally hate their job. Then no one ever calls back. They hike up costs for HOAs and so forth, yet no one sees the money put to use. This is a shamble of a company and a complete waste to be associated with. It's a shame.

WORST HOA COMPANY EVER! If you have the option to have them as your HOA management company don’t walk—RUN away from them. Check out their BB rating (or lack there of) and you’ll get an idea of their ethics of operations. I have submitted multiple complaints with all levels of personnel that go unnoticed, customer service is virtually non existent, and I honestly have not seen a more unprofessional and disorganized company. You even have to remind them how to act and what HOA laws they need to abide by. The list goes on and on but words cannot express how much I would not recommend them.

Willis management has horrible customer service. They assign managers like Courtney Mackey who have no respect for condo owners- especially seniors who have been living in the compound for many years- and a poor ability to manage large compounds. Additionally, HOA prices keep increasing with no improvements to management style or ongoing issues. One example of this is that there have been no improvements to homeless people entering the compound to raid the dumpsters. Another issue is that the area surrounding the dumpsters are always dirty and smelly.

It has been 10 days and counting since I initiated to talk to my HOA manager for my townhome in Hayward, called countless times but it all failed. The office staffs was trying to helped me also by emailed the manager on my behave twice but I am still waiting. Today I talked to her boss, lets see how it go. Day 14th, after more emails and phone messages, still no reply. ---A lady finally called, she was very nice and willing to help. Lets see how long it take to get my gate key. ( still day 14th). Day 17- got my Visitor Parking tag, still waiting for my gate key. All the people in the office were very nice when i stopped by to pick-up the parking tag. Day 21- still waiting for gate key. Day 27- called, still waiting. Day 34- called again, still waiting. they said they could not find t

Worst HOA ever. Please run away if you can. The staff there are rude, never respond to any phone call. Anytime if there is an issue, it takes months... or even years to get it resolved. But they are very on top of fining their customer, any chance they get, they will try to fine the SHXT outa the home owner. like they forgot who the hell pays them in the first place.
