We have been renting with Williamham Realty and Company for about 3 months, and we’ve already experienced multiple serious plumbing issues. We’ve had three separate incidents involving toilets overflowing twice downstairs and now upstairs with water spilling everywhere. Most recently, water has also begun leaking from the ceiling near the laundry room, which clearly indicates a larger plumbing issue. Each time we call, someone is sent out to temporarily address the problem (pulling roots from pipes outside), but the underlying issue is never fixed. This has resulted in repeated sewage water cleanups inside the home, which is unsanitary and extremely frustrating. Spoke to Brandi on the phone. She was insanely rude, unprofessional, cut me off multiple times, as well as, hung up the phone on me. Insane that this is the type of person you’d have answering your phones.

Awesome customer service!! I looked at a cute little house that I absolutely fell in love with, I've done my application. I called this morning to check on the status of my application, right now my application is still being processed. I'm patiently waiting on some good news so I can move, all of the women in the office I saw that day are so very nice & helpful. I even talked to one of the women in the office and let her know the reason I'm having to move, and she really did understand ☺️🙏🏽

Jim Smith did a great job when we were selling my mother’s home. We had a contract after only one day on the market. This is the quickest we have ever sold a house. We have never been so disappointed in the lack of follow up or consideration for tenants in our years of renting. A long list of issues that we are tired of reporting at this point. It is not worth paying an astronomical rate considering the condition of the property.
