Williamsburg Wharf

I toured this building over the weekend and it was such a pleasant experience. There was a full coffee cart in the lobby. I’ve never been to a building with that. Everything was clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly. It’s the kind of place you want to live at.

Absolutely loved working with Mindy! The tour was detailed and engaging, and her energy made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable instead of daunting! She made the application process seamless and stress-free. I’m so excited to be moving in!

Everything about this property is good. Excepting the completely absent and unresponsive property management. Property management at Williamsburg Wharf is bad. My apartment has two occupants and we were given only one set of keys... even though we requested and were told we'd be given two sets during the leasing process. We have requested additional keys from management multiple times. Request tickets closed with no explanation and immaterial engagement. Moved into the apartment and the dryer was not installed properly. Leaked water all over the floor. Submitted ticket was closed without explanation or a fix. Second time around someone actually did fix the problem. Simple problem, easy fix, makes no sense that it would be blown off. The only thing making up for the incompetent property

I take the ferry to and from Manhattan which is MUCH better than sitting in NYC traffic. I also love the skating rink. Can't wait for the retail to open soon!

Why moving process paused ? & is it a secret? Why short notice? Is this indefinite? This is wrong to those whom waited for their log numbers to be picked & the ones that have nowhere to go, couch surfing waiting through this process for an email or phone call. Pls explain?
