Williamsburg Townhomes

I have a friend that lives here, they are old but affordable, doesn't seem to be very much crime at least non that I have seen, Garland over all has less crime Than In Dallas where I live. I've never heard any gun fire and I've been there late night many times. There is a lot of mosquitoes that butts up to the creek, the place needs some repair but it's livable. I stay in much worse and pay more. If I owned a car I would move there

The guy that owns this place is terrible. My ex in-laws live here. They are elderly. They pay their rent on time and are model tenants. They can't have their grand kids over or kids because the guy accuses them of living there. He is constantly bullying them. He use to get in exs face over parking. He tried that on me ( a grown man) and I backed him up all the way to his front door. He's the kind of man that's super aggressive to every one but men. He won't even look my direction when I come through but will harass senior citizens after I leave. Anyone that's lived here will tell you.

The worst apartments in the area. They will say one thing and do another and not keep their word. There are roaches everywhere and the cabinets are barely hanging on. It's a run-down complex that needs to be torn-down and started over.

Looked like some one tried to keep up the place. Depressing what a lower rent entails.

Cute, and quite frankly a nice place
