I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I feel morally bound to warn all that I can about this realtor. I worked with Michael to look for a new home. I came to find out that he was a grifter and master manipulator. Aside from him incessantly bragging about his accomplishments in the industry, he took every opportunity to attempt and get more money out of the transaction. I also came to find out that he worked behind the scenes with other realtors to reduce the number of offers on houses so they would sell quickly for below true value, this is how he has become such a high-volume realtor. Not because he broker fair deals for his clients. He’s little more than a highly accomplished, narcissistic con-artist. If you see him coming, run the other way. There are plenty of realtors out th
