The overall atmosphere makes it feel more like a home than just a place to stay. What really made my experience exceptional, though, was the management especially Kyle. He is genuinely one of the most supportive and kind people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he responded quickly and with a positive attitude. I stayed at an Airbnb(202) inside this building for one night while attending a concert at Prudential Center in New Jersey. The location was perfect — just a 6-minute walk to the venue. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

Maurice is an exceptional property manager and easily one of the best in the business. From the start, Maurice has been organized, clear, and consistently responsive. I recently moved in and it’s been a really great experience so far. The property managers Maurice and Kyle have been super helpful, responsive, and accommodating with everything I’ve needed. Anytime I had a question or small issue, they got back to me in a timely manner and made sure it was taken care of. The in house Super is also very helpful. Initially, was a delay with repair work i needed when i first moved in, but with some reminder and i guess being a bit annoying, they were completed and I'm satisfied. The place is well-kept, and you can tell the management actually cares about the residents. Havent had any issues with packages or deliveries. I would recommend, especially considering old reviews regarding previous management team.

Nice cozy apartments, with management quick to respond to issues or requests. Conveniently located near restaurants and is a 15-20 minute walk to both NJIT and Rutgers. With a bus stop right across the street lets you reach Newark Penn station in 5 minutes. Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience!
