We had an amazing experience selling our home using William. We have a little experience with investment properties/real estate and have sold numerous homes using flat fee listing services in the past. This is mainly to have control over communication, negotiation, and not having to rely on an 3rd party to get things done in a timely manner. We are not Miami natives nor do we speak Spanish so we felt it was best to use a realtor this time around. We were reluctant to use a realtor, but from the very first meeting with William he put us at ease. He answered every phone call, was quick to list/get professional photos, and negotiated the deal better than I ever could. We closed at OVER asking price in a little over a month from the listing date to closing date! We can’t thank William enough!
