William Douglas Management

I have lived next to this abandoned property since I moved in early 2021. Multiple complaints have been made to the HOA by several neighboring units. The HOA manager Kyle, claims a public nuisance is not their responsibility, although a clear city code violation. But… don’t leave your trash can out more than an hour.. they will try to fine you thousands of dollars. This company is completely for profit. Finding easy violations for a quick dime but could care less about the safety and health of their community.

Communication with this HOA Company is basically nonexistent. They replaced a retaining wall near my home (5 years ago!) but only built it half the size of the existing one. I've been sending work orders, for years now, ever since I saw the dirt start to wash away from my foundation and over the retaining wall! They are constantly raising our HOA fees but they do not take care of customers concerns. I would think twice before entering a new home where this company controls HOA!!

Summer Wise, is very efficient. She responds quickly and handles any questions and problems quickly and with positive results. We are very happy with all the services we receive from William Douglas Management. Glad we selected them to replace our former Management Company. Definitely a great improvement especially with Summer at the helm.
