Kayla has been an excellent property manager! She's always very responsive to our needs and gets back to us in a timely manner. She is also a professional and looks out for the best interests of the neighborhood. Kayla is the best! We appreciate all that she does for the HOA and the neighborhood.

The property managers are nonresponsive at Spring Hill Condos. Serious issues with roof leaks, termite protection, pot holes, repairs to siding, peeling paint, dilapidated fencing, etc. The Company does not provide the monthly financial reports and claims the HOA has no money.

I needed help with some information on a property within a complex managed by William Douglas. Jewel Gibbs took excellent care of me - helping me get the information I needed promptly and putting me in touch with the correct contacts. She was great!

I am a first time home owner who is blind. Jewel Gibbs has made this experience a great one. Whenever I have something that comes up needing to be done, she happily assists where needed to ensure the request is submitted accurately, follows up to ensure awareness of timeframe problem will be worked on, and then reaches out to verify all done to my expectation. Jewel always insists to reach out if I have any questions or need anything, and when I do, never feel as if I am bothering her or making her go out of her way due to Jewel’s gracious response.
