Maintenance is a joke, the office staff can be rude from time to time, the safety gates never work, it took them 3 years to open the pool while charging people for the pool in the rent. Plus this property is full of people who shoot off guns all night long and then to boot, we found drugs on the playground today. Not too mention that police are in this property every other day. Here we go editing this on June 12th 90 degrees outside and they gladly upcharge for the pool but once again it's CLOSED. This property needs to be condemned by the city and county.

I have been living at these apartments for about 2 years. It was great in the beginning, but then everything went down hill. I pay over $1,500 in rent for an apartment (talk about income based apartments) that is infested with roaches. Before pest control would come in monthly, but have stopped coming. Turns out you have to go in person, and sign up for pest control to stop by your apartment. How did I know that? I asked when I was paying the rent, which you can only do in person. The lack of communication between the office and the residents is insane. If you don't ask, don't expect them to tell you anything about the changes they have made. The pool has been broken since last year, which they still charge you for in the rent. The gym they have sucks, only 1 treadmill works out of the 5 w

Happy November 1st everyone 2025 election time…. I’m a resident here the manager and the other employees are very inconsiderate of all residents and that’s a shame as of right now today November first my disposable is full of paint and trash now this is from their contractors and their maintenance man, but they believe in them I have Photos videos more photos. Oh man, you name it I got it. Anyway I’m trying to cook as of 12pm for my kids I was told it’s not an emergency look at this

Probably one of the worst apartment complexes to live in. They are roach invested and never have the property cleaned. Amenities they supposedly have are never available and always broke. For the years I lived there pool was always broke. Management in office is NO good at all and they take months to fix repairs. Overall you pay a lot to live here and to have nothing the apartments offer.

As a new resident I really like living here. I really don’t have many complaints. It’s clean, my property managers are cool and understanding. It makes it easier for me to be happy to come home too. I wish the gate would stay closed since it’s a gated community.
