This is a complete joke of a company. I ordered an appraisal over a month ago, the appraiser allegedly then got sick and postponed it by two weeks, he never showed up at the new appointment time and did not return three voicemails asking where they were. DO NOT USE!!!
Takes forever to get ahold of and once you do the woman answering the phone is rude and impatient.
Does not answer the phone, does not reply to voicemail. Will not return calls. Unprofessional
