Leasing from Wilkinson properties has been an excellent experience. I’ll be going on my third year renting here. Rene and Tyler always respond to any requests with care and urgency. Property is very well maintained and any issue is handled quickly. This is the most seamless and stress-free leasing experience I’ve had living in Colorado the last 10 years. I highly recommend Wilkinson Properties.

Our experience with Renee and Wilkinson Properties was superb! We were displaced by the 2013 flood, and had a very hard time finding a rental at first, but Renee was able to get us into a new property right away! We originally thought it would be temporary, but we ended up staying 3 years! She was always very kind and courteous, and when there was a problem she was there immediately to take care of the situation in a professional manner. We took very good care of the property and received our security deposit back, in full, within 30 days! I would definitely use Wilkinson Properties again in the future!

My experience with Wilkinson Properties was exceptional from start to finish! Rene was professional, compassionate, thorough, and genuine in all of my dealings with her. She went to great lengths to ensure that we were treated fairly and respectfully as her tenants and that our rights and privacy were considered throughout our stay at one of her rental properties. She went above and beyond the call of duty in many regards. I will certainly work with here again in the future and would recommend her to friends and family.

I rented from Wilkinson Properties for a year before buying a home and really enjoyed working with Tyler and Renee. The property itself was very well maintained, and they made the move-in/ move-out process very easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Boulder, great experience overall!

Rene at Wilkinson Properties LLC is a true gem! Working with management companies you never know what your going to get or if you'll even get a response when there's a concern. Working with Rene she answered all my questions day of or latest next day. If she didn't know the answer she took the time to tell me and research until she had a referral or lead for me. She takes care of your property as if it were her own and now a days that is very hard to find. Your not a number with Rene your a person! A fantastic management company!!!!
